How the Hamper Helpers process works
The Reminder
Once you’ve scheduled your order, you can expect on the evening before your pick-up to receive a text message reminder to leave your laundry out the next morning for our driver.
Gather up your laundry
You can bag all your laundry in a kitchen bag(s) then set it outside by your front door for pickup.
Schedule a Pick-up
The Hamper Helpers process starts by going to HamperHelpers.com and pressing the "Schedule a Pick-up" button.
Wash and Dry
Our employees carefully check pockets for foreign items, sort, spot check, wash (using your prefered detergent and scent options) & dry.
The Delivery
On your scheduled delivery day, we drop off your laundry beautifully folded "Drawer Ready" and packaged to put away.
The Pick-up
Our driver will pick-up, label and bring your laundry to our processing location to be washed, dried and folded.

We start as low as $1.35/lb washed and $2.20/lb for wash and fold.
Our Premium service is $2.50/lb. It includes

How will I know how much my clothes weigh?
Laundry volume varies from household to household, so there’s no one-size-fits-all answer. That said, most individuals generate about 15–20 pounds of laundry in a typical week. Families often have a wider range due to differences in clothing sizes and habits, but a family of four generally averages between 30–40 pounds per order.
If you'd like a estimate before scheduling a pickup, simply place your laundry basket on a bathroom scale and weigh it. It’s an easy way to get a close approximation of your total laundry weight.
What do I put my laundry in for pickup?
We recommend putting your laundry in a laundry bag or a plastic kitchen bag.
